As a techhead, I am interested in the high technology necessary to build the frame. Computers are used to sketch, and refine the design, even to simulate what it will look like! Computers and the network are used to communicate with manufacturers, vendors, funding sources and customers. So a project as simple to state as, "Make a bicycle frame", involves all aspects of modern high technology & telecommunication. You can and should do this with your ideas, you don't have to be techhead to have a great idea.
