wdv.com/multiply is a static client-side HTML5/CSS/JavaScript web application. Every mathematical calculation, visual grouping animation, sound synthesis, and timer operation executes locally inside your web browser. Warren Design Vision does not maintain a user database, does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and never receives, views, or stores your game scores or identity on wdv.com servers.
By default, anyone may use Multiply without signing in. In Walk-Up Mode, completion times are held strictly in volatile browser memory (RAM) while the browser tab remains open and are Never written to localStorage or disk. Closing or refreshing the tab immediately erases the session so shared school or library computers never expose one student's activity to the next user.

Because Warren Design Vision collects and stores zero student information on its servers, schools and parents using Tier 1 (Walk-Up Mode) transmit no data anywhere, and educators using Tier 2 act as the sole data controller of their own Google Workspace / Google Drive account. Users may revoke Multiply's access to their Google Account at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or delete Multiply_Scores.csv directly from their Google Drive.

Multiply is provided free of charge as a public educational and scientific service by L. Van Warren and Warren Design Vision ("Author"). THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED strictly "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL L. VAN WARREN, WARREN DESIGN VISION, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR EDUCATIONAL/ADMINISTRATIVE DISPUTES) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Indemnification & Fee-Shifting ("Don't Bite the Hand That Feeds You" Clause): As a condition of using this free educational tool, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless L. Van Warren and Warren Design Vision from and against any and all claims, demands, administrative actions, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expert costs) arising out of or related to your use of the application or any violation of these Terms. In the event any user, organization, or entity initiates any legal, regulatory, or administrative claim, subpoena, or proceeding against the Author arising out of this free service and fails to prevail on the merits, the initiating party shall reimburse the Author for all legal fees, court costs, and time expended at standard consulting rates.
Any individual, parent, teacher, or school district choosing to connect a Google Account via OAuth 2.0 acknowledges that they act as the sole data controller and custodian of the resulting Multiply_Scores.csv file stored in their own Google Drive, and assumes full responsibility for complying with any local institutional or classroom policies regarding student handles.
This Agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Author shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this application shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas (Little Rock, Arkansas), and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
